Collection Heritage

The young Ukrainian brand MOGARDI released its first drop collection fall/winter 22/23 in September 2022. The inspiration for this collection was sacred Ukrainian symbolism, which is why the entire collection was named “Heritage”. This collection is presented in digital format on the official website and social networks.

The main elements of this collection were such Ukrainian symbols as wheat ear, honey color, hemp harness, honeycomb, and lacing. Great attention was also paid to the combination of different textures and complex silhouettes: pleated jeans, a women’s jacket in the form of a cropped anorak with hemp harness lacing, and shirt dresses with wheat sheaf ornament elements. Particular attention was paid to the embroidery on the v-neck of the hoodie. In addition, the MOGARDI brand presented a men’s beehive jacket, where the hand-made stitching was designed and made in the form of honeycombs.

The collection was decorated with images of net skirts and leather basques, which embody feminine tenderness at the same time as determination and confidence.
For the designers of the brand, it was important to create not only a comfortable and stylish collection but also to convey, through Ukrainian elements-symbols, the spirit of Ukraine.
